Our four venues- TSB Stadium, TSB Showplace, Stadium Taranaki, and the Bowl of Brooklands, thrive thanks to an incredible community of volunteers. With events that scale from small to massive, those extra hands are what keeps attendance safe, smooth, and fun! 

Volunteers step into front‑line roles like ushering, ticket scanning, wristbanding, eco‑station guiding, and queue or door hosting. The mix of roles changes with each event, each venue, and each audience- which means every shift makes a real difference.

Some volunteers join us for a handful of shifts each year, others are familiar faces month after month, but every single one contributes to the big picture.

If you’re confident engaging with patrons and love the buzz of a live event, your time helps us keep venue hire rates reasonable- attracting more local and touring entertainment to New Plymouth. And in most roles, you get to see the event in action.
