Ticketek is New Plymouth Event Venues exclusive ticketing partner. Ticketek has over 35 years’ experience and sells tickets to more than 13,000 events each year, including concerts, sports, theatre, musicals, festivals, exhibitions, experience and family events.

TSB Showplace Box Office Temporary Relocation
From Friday 5 April 2024 the Box Office will operate from the TSB Stadium whilst planned maintenance work is completed at the TSB Showplace. Our phone number is 06 759 0021 and tickets can still be purchased via Ticketek.
A box office is located at all venues (TSB Showplace, TSB Stadium, Yarrow Stadium and Bowl of Brooklands) on event days, for all ticketed events.
An experienced member of our team is available to assist with the completion of ticketing documentation, implementing suitable seating plans, liaising with Ticketek, helping with any local ticketing queries and providing post-event reporting.
